Fast growing, Yulee could now be dubbed the new suburb of Amelia Island-Fernandina Beach and the bedroom community of Jacksonville.  SR 200, linking I-95 to Amelia Island, via Yulee is currently under construction, adding more lanes to accommodate it's growth.

Yulee has all the conveniences in place, i.e. Publix, Home Depot, Lowes, Ulta, Home Goods, TJMaxx, AMC Classic Movie Theater just to name a few, and more to come!
